Which license should I choose?
Your choice of license depends on how you want to use your book:
- For Me: for personalized learning based on your goals & interests
The Personal license lets you read the book online or download as PDF, and share within your household (up to 5 members). You cannot edit the book or distribute it beyond your household.

- Teach Students: for teachers & academics to share with class, no editing
The Educational license lets you share the book without charge for educational purposes (e.g., with students in your class). You cannot edit the book or charge for it.

- Thought Leadership: for marketers, pros & coaches to edit and share as a free resource or lead magnet

The Author license lets you download the book as DOCX for editing in Word/Google Docs. You can share your book publicly, sell it for money, or publish it.

Please note that each book requires its own individual license. Licenses apply to one book and are not transferable between books.
Do licenses apply to one book or all books?
Each license you purchase applies only to the specific book it was purchased for. Not to any past or future books you’ve created. If you buy or upgrade to an Educational, Commercial, or Author license, that license grants special rights for that individual book only. If you want those same rights for other books in your library, you'll need to purchase the appropriate license for each book separately.
How to choose a license for a new book?
Just start creating a book normally. On the first screen, you'll see a "Book Use" section where you select how you plan to use your book:
